This service is designed primarily for clients who have their own accounting staff but do not need a full time accountant. Services are normally performed on a monthly or quarterly basis and are almost always billed on a contract basis.

Payroll

This service is designed for clients who have 5 or more employees, who do not have the required expertise within their own organization and who do not want to use the services of a financial institution. Some of the advantages and features of this service are as follows:

• No deposit is required to look after withholding taxes
• Client has complete flexibility with method and timing of payments
• Errors made during the year can be corrected either during the year or at year ends when T4's are issued
• Turnaround for payroll information is a maximum of two business days and is normally completed within one business day
• Billing rates are very competitive with financial institutions and are payable on a monthly basis based on volume of transactions

Financial Statement Reporting includes the following information:

• Notice to Reader
• Balance Sheet
• Profit and Loss Statement
• Source and Use of Funds
• Notes to Financial statements as applicable
• Performance Ratios as applicable
• Accounts Receivable Listings as applicable
• Accounts Payable Listings as applicable
• Fixed Asset Listings as applicable
• Inventory Listings as applicable
• Bank Reconciliations

Billing is normally based on volume of work processed.
