Corporate Taxation
We have over twenty five years of experience preparing "Canadian Corporate Tax Returns" and use "Professional T2 Corporate Income Tax Software" to ensure accuracy and that information is carried forward correctly.
We charge $250.00 per tax return for the actual preparation of "Corporate Tax Returns". Preparation of data needed to prepare these returns is extra and is based on the volume of work required. Please see "Client Service Levels" and "Accounting Services" for additional details.

Personal Taxation
We have over twenty five years of experience filing "Personal Tax Returns" in Canada for clients and have been filing tax returns electronically since the inception of EFile in Ontario in 1993. In addition, we maintain personal income tax software for at least the last ten years. EFile is available for the tax years beginning with 2012 and all subsequent years.
The base rate for the preparation of current year personal tax returns is $80. We offer a 10% discount for families or a 20% discount for seniors (65 or older during the tax year). Please add $10 for prior year returns. Base rates include the following:
- Processing of Personal Data (ie address, marital status, phone number, etc)
- Processing of all information slips (ie T4's, T5's, T4RSP's, T5007's, T4A's, T3's, TOAS's, T4P's, etc)
- Processing of RRSP Information
- Processing of Donation Receipts
- Processing of Medical Receipts
- Processing of Provincial Tax Credits
- Electronic Filing of Returns (EFile) and associated documentation
- Tax Return Summary with prior year comparisons if available
Additional charges are applied to, but not limited to the following:
- Processing of Employment Expense Forms
- Processing of Un-Incorporated Business Forms
- Processing of Investment Forms
- Processing of Rental Property Forms
- Processing of Moving Expenses Forms

Personal Income Tax Return Check List
Prior to going to your tax preparer, you should accumulate the following documentation as applicable:
- Prior year's "Notice of Assessment(s) and/or Re-Assessment(s)"
- Income of each person claimed as a dependent
- Details of Capital Gains and Losses, including purchase "dates and costs" and "sales dates and proceeds"
- Details of rental payments and/or property taxes paid
- Income:
- All information slips (ie T4's, T5's, etc)
- Amount of Employee Benefits with respect to:
- Employer provided automobile
- Imputed interest on loans
- Other income (ie gratuities, tips, etc)
- Amounts for which you did not receive an information slip
- A list of Bonds or other investments where interest is compounded
- Business and Property Income and Expenses
- Income and expenses for each business and/or rental property
- Details of Equipment, Vehicle and Property purchases, leases and/or sales (provide copy of purchase invoice or leasing contract)
- Deductions:
- Receipts supporting medical deductions
- Receipts supporting donations and/or political donations
- Receipts for RRSP purchases
- Information re Alimony and/or Maintenance Expenses
- Information re Child Care Expenses
- Information re Moving Expenses
- Investment Counselling Fees
- Partnership Information Returns
- Tax Shelter Information
- Information for Interest Paid Deductions

Personal Income Tax Important Dates
- December 15th, 2020 - Final installment payment due re 2016 tax year
- December 31st, 2020 - Installment due re 2016 tax year for farmers and fishermen
- February 15th, 2021 - First day to file returns electronically
- February 29th, 2021 - Last day to to Issue T4, T4A and T5 slips
- March 1st, 2021 - Last day to contribute to 20116 RRSP's
- March 15th, 2021 - First installment payment due re 2021 tax year
- March 31st, 2021 - Last day to issue T3 and T5013 slips
- April 30th, 2021 - Last day to file tax returns without business income and/or expenses
- April 30th, 2021 - Last day to pay final tax balance without interest and/or penalties
- June 15th, 2021 - Last day to file tax returns with business income and/or expenses
- June 15th, 2021 - Second installment payment due re 2021 tax year
- May 19th, 2020 - Tax Freedom Day (Canada - as per the Fraser Institute
- July 25th, 2021 - Anniversary of Canada's first income tax (1917, 4% on income over $2,000)
- September 15th, 2021 - Third installment due re 2021 tax year
- December 15th, 2021 - Fourth installment due re 2021 tax year
- December 31st, 2021 - Installment due re 2021 tax year for farmers and fishermen
